Carlos Stella

Carlos expresses his particular cosmovision in drawings made with graphite pencils, color pencils and pens.He does not use oil painting because he gets dirty. Carlos is 48 years old and lives in El Callao, the biggest Peruvian port.

Although he says that in reality he was born in Huancanova, a metropolis governed by justice and equality. Unfortunately, this city was destroyed during the second Spaniard invasion in Peru.

Carlos dislikes the society in which he currently lives and has decided to build a city in which he plans to integrate the ethical principles of Huancanova and the advances of modern science. The drawings included in NAEMI’s collection are some of the edifices that Carlos plans to build in his city of the future.
